About Us
NOVA StormPro is a Northern Virginia based, minority owned, small business created by David Ma (and his water loving, golden retriever, Marvin). NOVA StormPro strives to provide professional, reliable, and fair priced services for individual home owners, HOAs, home builders, site contractors, BMP installers, and other various clientele.
David Ma is the owner and principal engineer of NOVA StormPro. He is a professionally licensed engineer in the state of Virginia, Certified Floodplain Manager, and a VA DEQ (Department of Environmental Quality) certified Inspector and Plan Reviewer for both Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management.
David has over 17 years of experience in civil engineering in both the private and public sectors, comprising of stormwater management design, construction RFIs, construction as-builts certifications, erosion sediment control design and inspection, floodplain mapping, NFIP flood compliance, and site plan/construction drawing reviews.
David has worked on projects all over the Commonwealth, applying his professional stormwater expertise to the design and construction of projects big and small. Some of his most notable projects include the Silver Line Metro Rail Project, VDOT I-66 Widening Project, VDOT Route 28 Widening Project, Loudoun County - Route 7 Interchanges, and fix of the Heritage Fellowship Church stormwater facility failure.
